Service Scope

Williams Wash & Detail provides mobile auto detailing appointments across Riverside and the Inland Empire. Services are performed on site at a driveway, home, office, lot, or other approved location with safe access to the vehicle.

Service descriptions and online prices are starting points for vehicles in typical condition. Heavy soil, pet hair, sand, stains, water spots, tar, sap, oversized vehicles, limited access, or unsafe conditions may require an adjusted quote before work begins.

White-Label Processing Disclosure

Williams Wash & Detail is a customer-facing brand. Bookings, deposits, and payments are processed and serviced by Pro Shine Elite LLC. By booking, you agree your payment is collected by Pro Shine Elite LLC on behalf of the service.

Deposits, Balances, and Payment

Quote Ranges and Add-Ons

Some add-ons are listed as starting prices because final effort depends on the vehicle condition. Pet hair, sand, heavy stains, water spots, tar, sap, and similar conditions may be adjusted after inspection. Work outside the online booking scope is confirmed before being performed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled when enough notice is provided and calendar availability allows. Missed appointments, inaccessible vehicles, unsafe working conditions, or cancellations close to the service time may forfeit the deposit because the appointment window was reserved.

Weather-related rescheduling is handled without penalty when the conditions prevent safe or effective service. Interior-only appointments may still proceed when exterior work is not practical.

Vehicle Access and Condition

The vehicle must be available for the full appointment window with enough room to work safely around it. Personal items, valuables, fragile belongings, child seats, and aftermarket accessories should be removed or secured before the appointment.

Williams Wash & Detail is not responsible for pre-existing wear, failing clear coat, oxidized paint, loose trim, failing fabric, broken switches, leaking seals, aftermarket wiring, or other conditions that are present before service begins.

Satisfaction and Corrections

If a completed detail appears to have missed part of the agreed scope, submit the issue through the contact form within 24 hours. Reasonable corrections for the specific missed area may be scheduled. Completed work is not refundable after the service has been performed.

Service Area

Primary coverage is Riverside and Inland Empire cities including Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Temecula, and nearby routes. Appointments outside normal routes may require approval or a travel adjustment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes are handled under applicable California venue and consumer-service rules.
